Siamesed-Bore 426 Hemi® Blocks give engine builders flexibility. Blocks can be bored to the stock size of 4.25", but are specifically designed to be bored larger.

HEMI MOPAR ALUMINUM CYLINDER HEADS

Interchangeable with production, these aluminum heads offer a weight reduction of 50 lbs. per engine set. Each features a single plug per cylinder (capability for dual), 2.25" intake/1.94" exhaust valve machining, and a 170 cc combustion chamber. Assembled approx. $1400 |

I do build Hemi engines, however they can take a few months to build, so I also subcontract to a couple of other engine builders who specialize building these engines. Pricing will depend on how extreme the combination is.
Keith Black Blocks are a great choice for a street engines. Although there are a few disadvantages, they can all be successfully over come. Their cost is about $3000 over a Mopar iron block once machining is complete
Below are the Factory Hemis Mopar builds. I can supply these engines, but so can a number of other shops. I don't expect to sell these engines, rather I show them so you know what is available.
610HP / 528 Hemi Mopar Performance Crate Engine
Just in case 465 horsepower wasn’t enough, Mopar Performance Parts has developed this all new 528 cubic inch Hemi Crate Engine which pumps out 610 horsepower and 650 ft-lbs. of torque! Now you can ride in style and smoke the competition with this new 10.25:1 compression pump gas guzzling, fire breathing monster. The aluminum heads have 2.250” intake and 1.940” exhaust valves that are motivated by a 292°, 0.254”/0.543” lift hydraulic camshaft. The heavy-duty cast iron block with cross bolted mains, houses a 4.150” stroke forged steel crankshaft, and 4.500” bore forged aluminum pistons. The M1 dual plane intake is ready for an 850/900 cfm Holley® carburetor. Mopar’s precise electronic distributor and spark plug wires are included as are the black Mopar logo valve covers, chrome timing cover and 6-quart rear sump oil pan (1970-71 “E” body style).

525HP / 472 Hemi Mopar Performance Crate Engine
The 472ci Hemi crate engine from Mopar Performance is based on the 426 heavy-duty cast iron block with cross bolted mains. The 4.150” Stroke forged steel crankshaft Strokes the power up to 525 HP and belts out 540 ft-lbs. of torque. The cast iron Hemi heads are equipped with 20250” intake and 1.940” exhaust vales, heavy-duty single valve springs and topped off with a pair of chrome Mopar valve covers. The 292°, 0.524”/0.543” hydraulic camshaft is driven by a double roller timing chain that is hidden behind the chrome timing cover. Equipped with Mopar’s precise electronic ignition and dual plane M1 4 barrel intake, all this 9.0:1 compression Hemi needs is an 850 cfm Holley® carburetor and some high octane pump gas.

The Mopar 540 Aluminum Hemi® Crate Engine is built for extreme Hot Rods and Pro Street cars. This is for the person who wants the horsepower and durability of a race engine and the drivability of a street engine. Available in carbureted or supercharged EFI versions, it can produce up to 900+ horsepower, depending on induction.
