Designed for use with 2-bbl Pro-Jection throttle bodies. Utilizes a high rise/dual plane design, Idle-6000rpm power band, features exhaust heat cross-over, EGR provision and late model alternator and A/C mounts.

 

While the Holley manifold does have 2 inch throttle bores to match their TBI, Edelbrock a sure me that using their Performer manifold with 1-11/16 throttle bores will not give up any power to the Holley, and using the require adapter plate will smooth out the idle.

The other main reason I am high lighting the edelbrock manifold is that it is basically the same as the stock unit. Holley relocates the EGR, and the TBI is relocated just enough to mess with the transmission cable, which is important to have correctly adjusted.

The Commander 950 Throttle Body Systems has been revamped and upgraded with all new electronics and injectors, and also some significant throttle body design improvements.
