To build a really big engine takes an Awesome Block.
When it comes to building the Ultimate in Iron Ford Engines I use the IDT Eliminator Block

While it is possible to build a 660CID I recommend a 614CID
This 4.660" Bore combination leaves 0.040" in the bore for at least two - four rebuilds.
More importantly the 4.500" length stroke allows for a 6.800" long rod providing a 1.5:1 Rod/Stroke ratio, important for making RPM and minimizing Friction.

Here is the Manufacturer's introduction to the Premier Block.

We are very excited about the future of the BIG BIG BIG BLOCK FORD
IDT is working on a new block soon to be released in two deck heights 11.32" and 12.30"
The 12.3 will be a true MONSTER, move over King Kong, able to hold a 6.000" stroke crank and with a maxed out 4.700" Bore we get 833CID.
