LT HEADS

The follow LT heads Flow Numbers are guides only as these numbers come from various sources - meaning different flow bench test machines and opperators.

An LT1 can make more torque and horsepower with a set of Trick Flow aluminum cylinder heads. Designed for supercharged, nitrous, and stroker applications, Trick Flow aluminum cylinder heads for Chevrolet LT1 feature high flow 195cc intake ports, 75cc exhaust ports, and 62cc combustion chambers. They retain the use of stock sensors and fittings and are available in bare or fully assembled versions. Assembled heads include stainless steel 2.02" intake/1.60" exhaust valves, 1.46" double valve springs, retainers, locks, guideplates, and 3/8" rocker studs.

All Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads feature threaded inserts in the rocker studs and exhaust manifold bolt holes for superior strength and durability, plus hardened seats, bronze valve guides, and fully machined valve cover rails for a more consistent gasket seal. They offer improved power throughout the rpm range for greater throttle response and top-end horsepower. The intake and exhaust runners are CNC-machine profiled for superior flow and performance. Performer RPM heads are fully assembled with stainless steel intake and exhaust valves with undercut stems, 2-ring positive oil control seals, rocker studs, hardened steel guideplates, valve springs, retainers, and keepers.
