A TH400 can be built stronger than a TH 350, but a 350 is faster down the 1/4 mile
A 400 can handle 1400bhp and cost $1500 before getting into a radical build
A 350 can cost between $750 for 450bhp to $1500 for 1000bhp
A TH200R4 has a closer ratio than a TH700R4 with it's low first gear and higher overdrive.
A 200R4 can cost between $1000 for 400bhp to $2000 for 800bhp
A 700R4 @ $2000 might 900bhp plus, but any transmission power input capability is subject to application.
Powerglides are mostly used for racing now, and cost anywhere for $900 to $5000

Most really powerful engines are better sitting up from of a C6, but C4 can handle 500ft/lbs
I don't quote prices for transmissions in my site as like the engines they are custom build, but a friend of mine who specialize in tough transmission for street and street.
But to generalize a mild 450bhp transmission cost about $1200 and really strong unit $2000.
Some transmission like the GM 4L80E with PCM can cost $6000 and the Ford AOD $4000, so if you need a price, let's square away the engine order first, as I don't sell transmission separately.
Torque converters can cost from $250 to $1200
Adaptor Kits can be had.
