Trick Flow Kenny Duttweiler Signature Series 23 Degree Aluminum Cylinder Heads
for Small Block Chevrolet $1050-$1450
Dyno tested on a 383 cubic inch engine, Trick Flow’s 64cc Kenny Duttweiler Signature Series 23 Degree aluminum cylinder heads made 460 horsepower and 451 ft.-lbs. of torque—40 more horsepower and 11 ft.-lbs. more torque than thesame engine with GM L98 Corvette heads. The Kenny Duttweiler 23 Degree heads also made more power than Dart's Iron Eagle and World Product's Sportsman II cast iron heads.
The Kenny Duttweiler 23 Degree heads are a direct fit, high performance replacement for most original equipment factory heads, and accept most factory accessories. They feature a choice of 62cc or 64cc and 72cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers, 2.02"/1.60" stainless steel valves, hardened exhaust valve seats for unleaded gas, and 195cc intake ports with a high velocity, small cross-section design to promote low rpm torque without sacrificing higher rpm horsepower.
The Kenny Duttweiler heads are available with three spring sizes: 1.25" single for cams up to .480" lift, 1.47" single for cams up to .540" lift, and 1.46" dual for cams up to .600" lift. They come fully assembled with valves, valve springs, locks, retainers, rocker arm studs, and guideplates. The heads are 50 state emissions legal under CARB E.O. number D-369-4.

R-Series 215 Aluminum Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet
Trick Flow R-Series 215 aluminum cylinder heads will give a performance boost to race-only small blocks. Based on the 23 Degree Kenny Duttweiler heads, the R-Series 215 heads have 67cc combustion chambers, larger, high flow 215cc intake and 78cc exhaust ports, plus larger 2.08" stainless steel intake valves. We even offer 1.530" or 1.550" double valve springs for use with cams up to .680" of valve lift. The result? More airflow in the mid and upper rpm range—and that means more power.
The R-Series 215 heads are fully assembled with valves, valve springs, 10° machined steel locks, retainers, and Viton seals. ARP 7/16" rocker studs and guideplates for 5/16" pushrods are included. Heads are not emissions-legal.

18 Degree Aluminum Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet
Trick Flow’s 18 Degree heads can make serious horsepower...power ideal for high rpm circle track or Super-class drag racing. Dyno testing proves it—a 406 cubic inch, 12:1 compression small block with out of the box 18 Degree heads produced 730 peak horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 545 ft.-lbs. of peak torque at 6,000 rpm.
The heads deliver high airflow numbers—334 cfm intake/246 cfm exhaust—right out of the box. They feature 56cc combustion chambers, 250cc raised intake and 100cc exhaust runners, ductile iron intake and hard bronze exhaust valve seats, and manganese bronze valve guides. The bare castings are machined for 2.15"/1.625" valves (and can accept intake valves up to 2.20") and 1.550" valve springs. Assembled heads are also available, featuring 2.15"/1.60" stainless steel valves, 1.55" dual valve springs, and 10° retainers and locks.
Trick Flow 18 Degree heads accept most current 18 degree intake manifolds (including two-piece manifolds), headers, and other components. They require the use of offset shaft mount rocker arms and a mechanical roller camshaft with offset intake lifters.
