ENGINE BUILDING AGREEMENT

Legally binding agreement for John Nijssen (The Stroker Engine Company) to build a  TYPE OF ENGINE for Client.
We agreed that Client will pay for the project and that John Nijssen will be responsible for the supplying the said engine.

Client agrees to pay John Nijssen the sum of $xxx  as a 60% to 90% (estimated)(quoted) deposit to start the engine building order. The total price for this engine (estimated)(quoted) $XXXX. The deposit is understood to be a motivating factor to CLIENT NAME to buy the completed engine order and to John Nijssen to complete the engine building project to be able to collect any remaining balance and cover the cost out lay and make a fair profit. 
The actual money will be used to buy parts and to machine the block.
The balance will be due upon completion.
It is further understood that John Nijssen is covering all expenses involve in building this engine beyond the deposit of to complete the engine and is at risk of financial loss.

The conditions of warranty will be attached separately.

The quality of workmanship is based on John Nijssen's personal effort and experience and all work provided by others is assumed by John Nijssen. Every effort is made to ensure the construction is correct.

Should CLIENT NAME choose to cancel this engine order once the deposit has been made, John Nijssen reserves the discretionary right to keep some or all of the deposit to cover expenses. However, in keeping with a desire to show good faith and seek mutual equity in this business relationship, John Nijssen will seek to come to a fair and reasonable settlement should the cancellation be unavoidable. .
