HR is a Hydraulic Roller Camshaft while F/T means Flat Tappet Hydraulic.
Roller cams do not wear out like F/T cams and will make more upper RPM horsepower with durations over 230 @ .050 lift, but do not increase low RPM torque
I will have pulley/belt Alternator options shown soon. They cost more. Pulleys are typically $70 each, brackets around $100 an alternator $110 so it's easy to spend another $500 with power steel.
Compression ratios over 9.0:1 with iron heads need Super petrol/premium gas
Aluminum heads over 9.5:1 need the good gas.
Need a regular gas motor 87 octane US or 90 octane most other countries, write to me I can help.
I can also set motors up for LPG or CNG.
I order the following engines as long blocks from a large well known manufacturer who is able to deliver within 30days. I add my own turnkey package and therefore other options are available than priced below. These engines are proven combinations, mass produce to keep the cost low, no port matching like the custom engines I assemble, but they are priced to sell.
Shipping by ocean to most countries is $500. So ADD this to the price below. Insurance is Extra. Transit time is typically 4 weeks with 2 weeks added by customs inspections.
Air freight is available, but costs substantially more and is only 2 days plus the customs time.

Engines are built in the USA for Stroker Engine by a large well respected engine remanufacturer. Stroker Engine adds fuel and igntion parts to some of the combinations, other the option is open to change some parts upon request, but there will be extra cost involved.

383 engines originally used a ground down 400CID crankshaft, to increase torque which equals faster acceleration. Today we use brand new crankshafts with improved features over the GM 400 casting.
Torque is primary generated by cubic inches, while better heads, camshaft design and compression will emphasize torque output. This first 383 is similar in design to the 355 above with iron heads. The 355 develops 1.02 lbs/ft per CID, this first 383 produces a slight increase of 1.07Tq/cid. Great for car, trucks and boats.

SBC 383 425Hp $4500 CNC machined 4-bolt main block is stress relieved, align honed, and torque plate honed. Chevrolet Performance has released its latest factory-engineered LS high-performance engine – the LS376/525. It blends the racing-derived ASA camshaft with the LS3 6.2L production engine to create the most powerful production-based crate engine in Chevrolet Performance's portfolio – delivering 525 horsepower at 6,300 rpm and 489 lb.-ft. at 4,400 rpm.
The LS376/525 is available under part number 19259233 and carries a suggested retail price of $8,937.50. For installation in older vehicles, the engine controller kit part number 19259261 is calibrated specifically for this new engine.
“This is a terrific engine combination that illustrates perfectly the performance potential of the LS engine family – and how it can be enhanced dramatically at an affordable price,” said Jim Campbell, GM U.S. vice president of Performance Vehicles and Motorsports. “Whether you've got a new Camaro or a classic Chevelle, this engine delivers terrific bang for the buck.”
Using the LS3 production engine – the same used in Corvettes and Camaros – as the foundation for the LS376/525 helped keep the retail price lower, while the ASA camshaft is a proven, power-building component that has been successful in the high-rpm world of circle track racing.
The ASA camshaft is a hydraulic roller with .525-inch lift on both the intake and exhaust sides, along with 226 degrees duration on the intake side and 236 degrees on the exhaust side. Coupled with a tight, 110-degree lobe separation angle, it helps the engine deliver excellent throttle response and breath exceptionally well at high rpm. Chevrolet Performance complements this high-performance camshaft in the engine with higher-rate valve springs.
The cam also gives the LS376/525 the most aggressive personality among Chevrolet Performance's growing lineup of production-based high-performance crate engines, which also includes the LS376/480 (part number 19244549) and the carbureted LS376/515 (part number 19171225).
“The LS376/525 engine has an edge to it,” said Campbell. “You'll notice it in the idle quality and you'll feel it when the revs quickly climb.”
As delivered, the LS376/525 includes the intake manifold, with the injectors, fuel rail and throttle body already installed, along with the water pump and ignition system. Front-end accessories must be obtained separately, along with the engine controller kit. Chevrolet Performance offers several accessory drive kits to suit a variety of applications and some installations for older vehicles will require Chevrolet Performance's Muscle Car Oil Pan Kit, part number 19212593.

Professional Products Powerjection III Kits
These Professional Products Powerjection III systems are a major leap in technology for aftermarket fuel injection systems. They are inexpensive and easy systems to install. The Powerjection III features the Engine Management System (EMS) mounted directly on the throttle body. This eliminates a major portion of the wiring harness found on most EFI systems. The injectors, and the idle air control are contained inside the throttle body and the unit that controls them is attached to the side of the throttle body. Despite its compact size, the EMS is still laptop programmable although this is normally not required with most installations. It is a feature for those enthusiasts who prefer to do their own programming. For most enthusiasts, the installed program is more than suitable. This, like Professional Products other EFI systems, is fully self learning. Install it, fire it up, drive it around for 30 minutes or so and it dials itself in. The most important feature is the self-tuning operation that does not require chasing components, expert tuning experience, or a laptop computer to tune.
