400 Blocks Do Tend To Run Hot If There Is Insufficient Air Flow Though The Radiator. Be sure You Have An Effective Cooling System. Aluminum Radiators Have Proven Effective.
Balancing The High And Low Pressure Sides Of The Cooling System Helps.
