The CNC 300 heads come bare or fully assembled.

CNC 300 Chevrolet Small Block heads are 100% CNC ported with a 210cc Intake port, 78cc Exhaust port, & 65cc combustion chambers. Made from 356-A heat treated T-6 easy weld aluminum. They feature Bronze valve guides and high temperture valve seats. We assemble them with Dual Chrome Silicon valve springs and Chrome-Moly reatainers. Roller cam springs are available as an upgrade. We use high quality Stainless Steel valves. These heads have ANGLE PLUGS. There are further options on valves and springs available to meet your needs

Perfect for 400 to 550BHP 383s and bigger 420 engines.
By offering both a performance 3 angle valve job and a Racing Radius valve job,
and 2.02" 2.05" & 2.08" valves I can provide increasing port flow numbers.

Dart Pro 1, Trick Flow, Edelbrock, Pro Topline, Canfield, Brodix are not CNC ported unless requested as an option. CNC porting typically cost $750. Therefore CNC porting a pair of Edelbrock Performer heads which sell for about $1050 plus $750 =$1800
You'll get more power from the CNC 300 heads for $550 less.

But what about AFR heads they cost $1300 CNC ported?
Let's look at some numbers, but keep in mind that the $1300 AFR heads are only 70% CNC ported.
